Carolina-Virginias Telephone Membership Association (CVTMA) is a tri-state trade association representing the 9 telephone membership corporations in North Carolina, 4 telephone cooperatives in Virginia and 2 in West Virginia.

The Association holds three educational conferences per year with programming focused on educational industry issues such as regulatory, technology, and board governance.  The Conference attendees are company managers and members of each company’s Board of Directors and spouses.  Direction and technical assistance for the Conferences are provided by the Site and Program Committees.

The CVTMA is governed by a Board of Directors, comprised of two representatives from each of the 15 member companies.

More than fifty vendors serving the member companies belong to CVTMA as Associate Members.  Associate Members are eligible to attend the CVTMA conferences and are listed in the Membership Directory / Resource Guide, published bi-annually.
